| *Parents are responsible for their children, especially in restrooms, around the farm animals and lake. | ||||
| *Swimming will be in designated area only and must be supervised by parents. No lifeguard on duty. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. No glass containers on the beach. | ||||
| *No golf carts on farm area. | ||||
| *Pets are welcome if leashed and do not disturb other campers. Least must be no longer than 8’. Pets must not be left unattended, even if on leash. Pets are not to be on the beach. Management reserves the right to limit size and quantity of dogs. | ||||
| *No more than one camping unit and vehicle per site. Additional tent is $5.00 per night. | ||||
| *Cutting or breaking of trees or shrubs is prohibited. Firewood is available at office. | ||||
| *All campers must use drain bucket. Waste water must be dumped in slop-drain-places provided. It is a violation of Iowa Law to dump gray or black water on the ground. Use the dump station. | ||||
| *Campstore will be open from 8 am until 9 pm Sunday through Thursday and 8 am until 11 pm Friday and Saturday. | ||||
| *Quiet hours are after 9 pm Sunday through Thursday and after 11 pm Friday and Saturday. Please respect other campers. | ||||
| *Please keep campsites clean and neat at all times. Use dumpsters provided. | ||||
| *Do not put fish scraps in dumpers!! Put in plastic bag and take to office. | ||||
| *No washing or rinsing of vehicle or RV is permitted. If you would like to wash or rinse vehicle or RV, please see office. | ||||
| *Do not walk through occupied sites. | ||||
| *RV storage is available – see office for details. | ||||
| *Pictures taken by management may be used for advertising. | ||||
| *This is private property. Violation of these rules or any general antisocial behavior not covered herein may result in you being asked to leave the premises. Any mistreatment of staff will result in you being asked to leave the premises. We reserve the right to enforce our rules and refuse to register undesirable guests. If evicted – NO REFUND. | ||||
